We expect:

• Valid driving license class CE and driver card

• ADR certificate for general cargo (classes 1 and 7 not required)

• Willingness to drive 13 days and then 6 or 13 days of leisure time

• Willingness to work as well as German or English language skills

• Knowledge in international road freight traffic (customs knowledge)

• Certificate of good conduct without entry

• Background check (Zuverlässigkeitsüberprüfung §7 LuSiG)

• Aviation Security Training (AVSEC) according to 11.2.3.9 desirable

• GDP and TAPA Training desirable

Supervisor Drivers – Poland (Remote or Emmerich HQ)
In this role, you are the first point of contact for our drivers and ensure they have everything they need to do their job efficiently and safely. You will guide them through onboarding, provide ongoing support, and help solve any issues that arise during their daily work. You can manage your responsibilities from home in Poland or from our office in Emmerich am Rhein, giving you flexibility and autonomy in how you work. Your role is key to keeping communication smooth, drivers motivated, and operations running without interruptions.

What you will do

• Recruit experienced truck drivers from Poland and abroad
• Welcome, brief and support new drivers throughout their first months
• Plan shifts and holidays using digital scheduling tools together with HQ
• Monitor and organize licence renewals, certificates and mandatory trainings
• Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with drivers — you are their go-to person
• Provide coaching and feedback to ensure high performance and professionalism
• Help improve internal processes and develop practical training materials

What you bring

• Professional background in transport/logistics (technical or academic)
• Strong leadership and communication skills — able to support 100+ drivers
• Polish native speaker + solid English and/or German
• Proactive, hands-on attitude and a structured way of working
• Able to stay calm and organized in fast-changing situations
• Comfortable working with IT tools and learning new systems quickly
